Following the success of our project ‘The LAMP Album’ we will be operating a new project funded by Youth Music called Live n’ Diverse. The project aims to increase music performance skills for neurodiverse young people. The age range is 12 to 25 years and sessions will be free.Sessions will run in school holidays and after school starting May 2022 and are aimed at young musicians that already play an instrument or are starting to learn an instrument and have a desire to improve, meet other young musicians and eventually perform live. Sessions will focus on improving skills and building confidence with a focus on performing either solo or in a group.
There will be 16 concerts late 2022 and 2023 in Warwickshire, Coventry, Oxford and Rugby. LAMP are buying a minibus so we’ll be travelling together to concerts in a variety of regional venues.
Anyone interested should contact Timothy Ellis - [email protected]

Live 'n' Diverse Concerts Coming Up...
More to be confirmed in Coventry and Rugby.
On 21st April LAMP held a fundraising concert at The Irish Club, Leamington Spa. The aim was to raise money for LAMP and The Brain Tumour Charity. Through a raffle, selling prints, face painting and many generous donations we managed to raise a massive £841.02. The concert was a Live N' Diverse event in partnership with Youth Music.
The mostly coveted item in the raffle was an electric guitar which was won by one of our student performers from that night - Ella. Many people cited the guitar as the reason they bought raffle tickets in the first place! Ella, however, donated the guitar to Crystal, one of the children at the event who had been eyeing up the guitar all night. Crystal was also a family friend of Cia, Ella’s Banoffee bandmate.
